i have suggested @OlaElectric @bhash scooter for my brother in law and we booked online on December, which was supposed to deliver on 10 jan and still no update from ola..no calls ... paid 1.7L and no responsibility from their side...showroom says i booked online so no update

@OlaElectric everyday am calling customercare and hearing same words.. .today somebody will call me ... tomorrow it will update.... untill now no calls for a 2L paid order .... @OlaElectric

also on support center call no option to get the customer care center.atlast after going through all options, found a way to get connected with customer care.when i told about my issues and they are happy to hear the cancellation where i already paid 2 emis of undelivered scooter
