My review on #LOrealGlycolicBrightXLego

I’ve been looking forward to this trip since the day it announced🥺 As I think this would be a one of a lifetime experience… to be able to “go on a trip” with your favourite artist😔 but it turns out to be something not quite I expected.

Let’s start with something good:
✅The service is very good, princess treatment from head to toe.
✅The translate is AMAZING! One of the most fluent translators I’ve met! Thank you for always helping us to understand what’s going on🙏🏻
✅Most of the staff are very nice and friendly. They even helped take us to Impact Arena to watch LOL first. So we would be able to arrive on time. Again, thanks to all the other fans who agreed and I really appreciate that🥹🫶🏻
✅The resort is really spacious with beautiful view.
✅The game was quite fun and can have interaction with artist.

But sadly there are many things I don’t quite understand…
❌The schedule kept changing until the last minute, even on the day of checking out.
❌The food was mostly seafood and spicy, which some fans are allergic to, and the fans already reported on the google form sent to us before the trip.
❌Most of the food is served in room temperature.
❌The outdoor dinner was a disaster, which was super hot and with lots of flies and insects flying around. Even though fans kept waving them away, many flies are still on the food.😣
❌During benefit session, other fans are being trapped inside a cafe far away from where the photo is taken. So it is impossible to take video or photos from a side angle. Which were allowed in all the other tops spender events I’ve been to. As we fans just want more record for memories.
❌Even with a distance, some staff still intentionally stand in between to block the view. Which I don’t really understand what’s the point?
❌During lunch and dinner time, the artist sat at another table, which is 100% ok, but in between the artist and fans were 4 more staffs. I can barely see Lego with my own eyes. Additionally, we barely had any interaction with Lego during these sessions.🥲
❌We were not allowed to take photos during lunch and dinner time, which is fine. But I thought that mean we could have more interaction with artist. But sadly, as mentioned earlier, it is almost impossible to talk to the artist with 4 staffs sitting in between.

In the end, we still had lots of fun and created new memories with Lego. Just not how I imagined.
