Blackpool Football Club welcomes the outcome of the recent court hearing regarding the Penthouse at the Club's hotel.

The Court has ruled that former owner Owen Oyston must give up possession of the Penthouse by 17 December 2025. In addition, Mr Oyston has been ordered to pay damages for his use of the Penthouse and to cover the Club’s legal costs.

The Club will no make further comment on this matter.
