At Chevron Green Services, we're always looking for ways to nurture wildlife. Our depot in Curdridge, is home to a fancy bug hotel. Our depot in Stanton Harcourt, which we share with @ChevronTM, is home to a garden designed with bees and insects in mind. #insects #bees

Our team in Area 5, have been out working on ditch clearance on the M25, M26 and M20. Keeping the ditches clear is an important job as they allow surface runoff from the roads and the arable farmland around the carriageways. Ditches are also home to various wildlife species.

Our Arb team are out in the East of England doing woodland surveys for management plans. These are baseline surveys to check the clients’ asset database. Looking at what has previously been recorded and defining whether they are still woodland.

Although our teams are each assigned to an area, we quite often share teams across areas to manage workload. Each area has its own training programme, and in order for one team to work in a new area, they have to be inducted into the new areas’ training programme. #safety

Our Area 4 team were out on the M20 in Kent, planting trees to make it look more attractive and in keeping with the surroundings. They will continue to improve the look of the area as they grow. They also help with absorbing the noise and CO2, and are a place for wildlife.
