@ZachAllen75@caallmeeden@Ursen_ i agree, the way you initially worded it made it seem as if she can’t complain, when today, its barely enough to get by.
@ZachAllen75 @caallmeeden @Ursen_ Net pay is actually closer to $1,000 and not $1,100. Let’s subtract that. $190 left. Phone bill? Car Insurance? Savings? Pets? Kids? Etc.. Lol $350 rent is a blessing but yall pushing it with these made up scenarios
@mstrl21@mliebow@TaraBull I do not know. I agree that the corporations should be paying their employees enough. However the point is that knowing they do not and still choosing to eat there and NOT tip on top of that only contributes to the issue.
@thrifty_ge67963@mliebow@TaraBull 1. That wasn’t stated. You’re a grown ass man, act like it!
2. You’re spending extra money at a corporación that doesn’t pay employees properly…but are okay with not tipping? You’ll blame the employee for working there and then spend money on the restaurant and not them?
@n21759766@mliebow@TaraBull Yes and that’s unfortunate but my point is, why go if you know that? Why not go somewhere better and even cheaper if yk employees are paid terribly? I hope everyone here realizes those restruants where tipping is how servers are paid, are MUCH more expensive!
@mliebow@TaraBull “People don’t work for nothing” but then prove that waitresses do?? If you know they pay shit then why are you going and not tipping in the first place? The people in charge of this are almost never at the restaurant. And even if they were—this wouldn’t even be an issue.
