@DieHardAjith @Adododo837 I will have to read on that before giving my personal view. Though, I believe Selangor is on JAIS, not JAKIM. JAIS has full control on what's happening in the state. Yet for JAKIM, again it doesnt have control on a state and its practices (thus why halal cert is optional).

but some nd prefer efficiency.. rather than taking two plates all has to be in a plate thus fruit on the same plate so it doesnt take them to take another plate, to put down the first plate when filling the others, then to hold another plate, thinking of to hold the cup jugak

@DieHardAjith @sukomatcha @Adododo837 Not even affecting the strictest food restrictions like Kosher (Yahudi). It's an option. The Yahudi would find for Kosher friendly place, the way Hindus, Vegan, Gluten-free, Muslim people opt for their own preference.

Perhaps educate me if there's party affected n in what way.

1. both muslim and non-muslim biz owner to apply for halal cert.
2. both muslim and non-muslim to eat at only halal fnb.

Does eating halal certified foods violating non-muslim majority practices? No.

The one responsible of halal cert is JAKIM.

@monstarsz @skkvya reason why? it's bc the uni enrollment (we call it UPU) will look back to you SPM (f5 result) wether you took the relevant subjects of the course you are applying.

@monstarsz @skkvya if you take science you'd have more options for pre-u onwards.. but if you take others you'd come with less option.

ex: u took literature, acc during f4-5, then it's almost impossible to go for dentristy, medic in pre-u onwards, unless you enroll in private uni.

Even the wajib WAJIB hudud (mentioned in the scriptures) is not practiced. How is it possible for something that's never been the wajib thing to be enforced. Stop fear mongering.

Islamic council has no power to enforce and make it wajib just bcs 3rd party (landlord yada2) demands it. JAKIM is not work for solely for the people,gov but the islamic law AND the people,gov.
