Oklahoma has no reason to be defiant about its willingness to refuse Federal tax dollars for its fiat to teach the Bible in grades 5th to 12th.

Whether a child learns the Bible is up to parents & Sunday schools. Unless Oklahoma also teaches the Qur'an, this is unconstitutional.
