@JHBWater The sewerage issue has not been resolved. The municipality attended once with a small truck said they would return with a bigger unit, by never came back. Tickets are being closed without the problem being fixed, so new ones are being opened. The sewage overflow is still ongoing

Day 3 and we are still waiting for assistance. The sewerage fault that was reported has not been resolved, & raw sewage & faeces continue to overflow onto our property. We are literally surrounded by a pool of faeces, creating a serious health hazard for residents JWAPP-40125064

I reported a sewerage issue to
@JHBWater
and the ticket was CLOSED as “resolved” while the problem STILL exists. There is now a DAM of sewage sitting right at my gate. This is a serious PUBLIC HEALTH RISK. I have also escalated with NO response. Ref:JWAPP-40098788 @MyJRA

@MyJRA I’m reaching out to the community and relevant authorities for help with a serious issue in my area. For the past months, our yard in Protea Glen has been flooded with raw sewerage due to a blockage in the storm water drainage system managed by the @MyJRA.
