@SHEIknowSHEIbad @AriTheDon I completely understand. Some 'Realtors' are money hungry. They'll do and say anything to close. But when you buy a home you should really rely on your lender to provide closing cost and accurate monthly payments. Shame on bad realtors! Shame on schools for not educating us.
