Statement from Director of Athletics Trev Alberts:
"After our baseball team arrived back in College Station earlier today, Jim informed me of his desire to leave Texas A&M. While we are certainly disappointed, we are grateful for his contributions in helping our baseball program reach unprecedented heights. Baseball success is important to everyone associated with Texas A&M, we will not stop in our pursuit of excellence and our commitment to baseball will not waiver.
"On behalf of Texas A&M Athletics, we wish Jim and his family well as they move on to another challenge.
"We will find a great leader and excellent coach to head up this proud Aggie baseball program."
To orchestrate this coup while his players are literally in tears from playing their guts out for him. A vile, fucking snake mercenary. He is PERFECT for Austin.
It’s hard for me to wrap my head around taking your team of young men to the pinnacle of the sport, lose in extremely emotional fashion, and then tell them you’re leaving for the rival program under 24 hours later.
Nature of the beast?
This nation was built on peaceful protest. No elected official should lose their job simply for raising their voice – especially when they’re doing it on behalf of our children.
that "are children's lives more important than guns" is even a topic of debate in America, holy fucking shit, no wonder the rest of the world thinks we've lost our fucking minds
@AmericanAir was supposed to bring my bags to my hotel in Miami and sent them to Costa Rica. Not only do I not have my bags, but now I KNOW there was an earlier flight to Costa Rica that they refused to put me on.
I saw this mom do a coming of age ceremony for her daughter where she threw an intimate dinner party for her. She had other women in her life come and they brought gifts, gave advice about womanhood, and talked about mental health for women. GENUIS
did anyone actually have a moment like this with their family?? like i literally read my acceptance emails in bed at 3 am and told my parents the next day and they were like “nice”
