@LivvyJohn Except it's broadly true. Too close to the truth for your comfort it would seem. The ยฃ100 bn hasn't been spent yet but in excess of that will be spent to finish the project. Scotland will get some money back through Barnett consequentials but nowhere near a proportional amount.
