Once again @British_Airways promised a response by 15th October for case 23321898 and here we are 24th October still no response to a case that has been open since June, absolutely shocking customer service! @British_Airways please respond

@British_Airways Come on BA not good enough I have an outstanding complaint compensation claim from June no response!! Out of pocket by £2k!!
