@Morrisons visited the store 4/3/23 to buy an e-cig the member of staff give me oil in error. I have tried to exchange and was refused. I have a receipt. The manager I spoke was extremely unhelpful. The reason is because it a tobacco product but there is no tobacco in DISGUSTING

@MartinSLewis my daughter has a smart meter and on 2 occasions her credit hasn’t credited the smart meter for upto 5 days tried to contact utilita and they kept hanging up forcing me onto emergency credit what are my rights as the emergency credit is charged at a higher price

Don’t bother my items were nearly out of date also stuff you wouldn’t want anyway Carmel mayonnaise 🤢and I would say you only receive about £5 worth tried to complain but customer service didn’t help total waste of money

@jonsopel I think that sounds fair with no guarantee or an agreement that if there was a relationship breakdown give each the deposit back and then share 50/50

@UtilitaEnergy You have now made contact with my daughter but still not solved the problem she was asked to supply a 14 day statement when its only been 5 days but 5 days without heating his disgusting she can’t wait for the bank to complete a visa dispute to get her money back ROBBERS!

@UtilitaEnergy I am not on the account but my daughter still hasn’t received her top up so the bank have said they’ll refund on Thursday with a visa dispute not very helpful seeing as she’s had limited gas since Sunday and was forced to loan her more money.
