Hi. The trams going through Piccadilly at Cornbrook are arriving at a different platform than that which they are displayed on.

@BeeNetwork I don't know how else to say it. The platform on which the display says any service which will run through Piccadilly station isn't the one those trams arrive at.

@BeeNetwork Morning. I need to make a tram journey where the end point is in a zone not covered by my pass. How do I get a ticket without having to get off the tram and then have to wait upto 12 minutes for the next one. Thanks.

@HalifaxBank okay, but if it's a known issue then letting people update their information only to be told at the end that nothing can be done with it, seems the wrong way round.

@BeeNetwork Hi there. You may want to update the posters at stops, as they don't mention that the only Altrincham service running during the current works is to Bury, and that all Piccadilly services have stopped. I had to check with staff as couldn't understand where they'd gone

@BeeNetwork Hi. Are trams running from Sale to Piccadilly? None showing and can't work out why the Exchange Square diversion would make a difference. Is it just temporary?

@BeeNetwork Thanks although that's not really what I'm after. I just want to buy a ticket from a starting point further down the line, as an occasional one off. Basically, how do I buy a day return covering zone 4 only when my journey begins in zone 3?

@BeeNetwork hi. I have a travel pass for the tram but am going to take a journey which ends outside the zones it covers. How do I buy a ticket for the uncovered portion of the journey without getting off the tram midtrip and delaying myself? Can't do day tickets on app.

@BeeNetwork Correct. It doesn't show trams which are on the displays at stops, but shows ones arriving after they're due.

@BeeNetwork Hi there. Your app isn't accurate in terms of what trams are due. This was at the same time as an Altrincham tram was showing on the boards as 5 minutes away. It's fine if you're at the stop but not if you have a choice to travel to.
