@talktoBOI hi can someone help me possible through DM? I’m trying to ring and the options don’t make sense. For setting up online banking press one for a new account press 2 to reset your code, both options bring you to resetting your 6 digit code for online banking.
I missed a call and they told me to ring back and ask for them but I cannot get through to anyone. Are you able to organise another call as I cannot figure out your phone call service at all. Thanks!
