This Proctor shit is infuriating. His pal Tully threw my 15 year unredacted cell phone out there to the public with NO protective/impoundment orders whatsoever. He wasn't blind sighted like I was. He's known for months and months that this was coming out. He didn't have medical or legal information released, or his children's private information, or any private photos or videos. He had a select few text messages of his OWN words released. That's it. My entire life was released. He's a cop who made choices to talk business on his private phone. I was a civilian who had their entire phone used as a public distraction by Brian Tully to take the heat and attention away from his good friend Jen McCabe. I didn't even get the weekend to digest what happened to me.. I had to go to court the very next fucking day. Nobody saw me checking into a mental hospital. Proctor is a pussy and this stunt is the biggest copout I've ever seen.
I have a feeling the judge is going to allow the delay. Simply because if Proctor has his doctor's attest that he is "suicidal", I don't see a judge trying to argue that he's not and forcing him to be deposed if it could "cause potential harm" to himself (despite how much BS that might be).
What a bunch of garbage.
I, for one, would like to thank the Adams County Sheriff's department. Without their lawsuit, I wouldn't have heard any of these bangers by @ogafroman, and each one has made my quality of life better! God bless Afroman, and God bless the USA!
1ST AMENDMENT PREVAILS!
The Little LawGirl assembled these in the last 2 days. I’m so proud of the woman she is learning to be.
She wants everyone to know she’s ok , wants her side of things to be heard, without logging into this cesspool herself.
This past Thursday, following Kelsey Fitzsimmons’ phenomenal hearing, which we once again successfully live streamed (she did all the work), she approached JBrill, wanting to take a .5 photo. Ask your teenager what that is. She has never really directly seen (other than MSP) and doesn’t expect violence at court hearings.
As soon as he made contact with her phone, (a fact which he admitted immediately) everyone erupted in “hey!! that’s assault!!”.
She was stunned and turned away, and one of our supporters high fived her, and said “good job standing up to him!” For the record, she didn’t think the back and forth with Aidan and Brill was that heated, and wasn’t standing up for anyone.
She IS on the spectrum, and admittedly sometimes can’t read social cues. She then started to cry, and I tried my hardest to help her get it together.
And then JBrill started mocking her for crying (we’ve seen abusers use THAT little trick).
We didn’t ever say Aidan was responsible for stepping in to defend her; that’s not his job-it’s mine. Which is why I did. I demanded an apology from Brill. He said nothing, just kept putting on a show.
3/12 was a pretty eye opening day.
We are just going to continue being who we are, because it’s all we know how to do.
Because we have fought our way here….the 90’s kid in me can’t help but continue with “beyond the Goblin City-to take back the child that you have stolen.” Is it weird that that line feels kinda fitting?
Thanks to everyone who has reached out to check on her- we appreciate you more than you know.
Update🚨
Good evening, let’s chat the DNA sample found in the bedroom. I’m going to go bulletpoints here, as I know this information gets confusing. This post is about a single DNA sample found in the bedroom. This Is the ONLY sample being addressed by this post
1. The sample is partial, male and likely Hispanic.
2. The sample was recovered from the bedding.
3. Nancy was likely approached asleep in bed, and was taken out of bed at some point.
4. The partial sample can be matched, not with 100% certainty, but it is not viable for IGG. (I’m a bit in the weeds on the science here too.)
5. The sample is not seminal, but the location of the sample brings up concerns.
6. SA is a very real possibility here.

I understand some people don't trust him. That's fine. I've found him to be a reliable source.

You who is still there and who’s still covering this from afar? YouTubers
You know who still cares about finding Nancy and continues to discuss this case? The people watching the YouTubers.
I saw so many posts and comments here on X just a week into Nancy being missing of people saying they were tired of seeing the constant coverage by MSM. And now both they, and their viewers, are moving on.
The true crime community will not forget Nancy Guthrie and won’t stop talking about her or searching for answers until she is found.
To the MSM she was just a headline story, to us she is a missing human being who deserves to be found.
Who’s the real grifters and clickbaiters?
Followers aren’t facts. Likes aren’t credentials. And your fave streamer having a ring light and a fan club doesn’t magically make their takes useful or helpful in our city. Social media isn’t real life; it’s a highlight reel with Wi-Fi. So for those of you who are spiraling because I told you to go home, that’s your problem. I said what I said. Your hurt feelings aren’t a group project, and your threats, or commentary about my appearance, and telling me I will be deported are not going to silence me. This isn’t some cute little cage match between “legacy media” and influencers. It’s not old vs. new. It’s not cable vs. camera phone. It’s about truth. It’s about facts. And yes it’s about having a moral standard when you decide to blast “breaking news” out to the world. When someone is missing, this is not content. It’s not engagement bait. It’s not a race to be first. Every reckless post, every unverified rumor, every dramatic “source says” fantasy wastes time, diverts attention, and strains the very resources that are trying to actually find Mrs. Guthrie. If you genuinely want her found, you verify before you amplify. You don’t flood timelines with nonsense for clicks. You don’t send people chasing ghosts. Accuracy isn’t optional in moments like this it’s the bare minimum. This isn’t about platforms. It’s about responsibility.

In the wake of the newly released sidebar transcripts from the Karen Read trial, where it is now documented that Jen McCabe threatened witness Karina Kolikithas, we’re watching a very familiar pattern unfold.
Instead of addressing what’s in the transcripts, attacks began.
Within two days, women in direct communication with Jen selectively released old text messages from 2022 and 2023 (messages where Karina discussed John O’Keefe’s death and the surrounding events). Not full conversations. Not context. Just carefully curated snippets designed to paint a narrative that benefits Jen and her circle.
Let’s not forget: in the earliest days of this case, the public was repeatedly told by the DA’s office and the media that there was video footage of the “accident.” Many of us believed it was a tragic mistake because that is what we were told. Except that critical video never materialized.. because it never existed.
What matters even more is the behavioral pattern. We now have court documentation reflecting how Jen interacted with a well-liked witness when her testimony didn’t align with the preferred narrative. At the same time, Jen’s public image hasn’t deteriorated because of a “blogger” or former friends, it has suffered because of her own sworn testimony and conduct.
When her reputation felt threatened, the response wasn’t transparency. It was retaliation.
So the question becomes: hos many people need to share similar experiences before we acknowledge the pattern? Hos many times does the same playbook have to be used before it’s recognized for what it is?
