BREAKING: Trump plans cowardly “revenge” attack on the media at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, and then to flee before they can hit back!

According to sources, Donald Trump is preparing to use his speech at Saturday night’s dinner to lash out at news outlets he hates, especially those that have criticized his disastrous war with Iran and exposed his litany of scandals.

But here’s the pathetic part: Trump is planning to deliver his attack and then immediately bolt from the room so he doesn’t have to sit through the rest of the event, including the presentation of press awards that would embarrass him (like the Wall Street Journal receiving a major honor for the Epstein birthday card story).

He’s also skipping the entertainment portion entirely to avoid any chance of being roasted.

This is classic thin-skinned Trump: he wants to dish out insults, but can’t handle even the mildest pushback. The man who loves calling the press “the enemy of the people” is too precious to stay in the room when it’s their night.

Meanwhile, his team is even floating the idea of launching some major Iran-related announcement right after the dinner just to ruin the press corps’ night.
The roast has been blamed for Trump’s absence from the dinner for his first term and last year, and even for his decision to give up his television career and run for the White House.

Back in 2011, then-President Obama burned Trump by joking he put the “birther issue" to rest so he can get back to issues that matter like whether we faked the moon land, what happened at Roswell, and where are Biggie and Tupac?

The whole thing is typical Trump, that is to say petty, vindictive, and cowardly.

This is Sir Nicolas Winton, who rescued 669 (mostly Jewish) children from Czechoslovakia during the Holocaust & brought them to Britain in the Kindertransport.

Holocaust survivors, politicians and others commemorated International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Tuesday, gathering at events held across Europe to reflect on Nazi Germany’s killing of millions of people, including some 6 million Jews.

This is one of the most beautiful moments you will ever witness.

Sir Nicholas Winton helped 669 children — most of them Jewish — escape the Holocaust.

His humanitarian accomplishments would remain unknown and unnoticed by the world for nearly 50 years.

Then in 1988 he was invited to the BBC TV show That's Life!.

There he sat — unknowingly — as part of the studio audience, surrounded by the children he had rescued. They were now adults.

Then they surprised him with one of the greatest gifts of all time. Their presence.

They were there, all alive — because of him.

Not only was he reunited with dozens of children he had saved, but he was also introduced to many of their children and grandchildren.

Please remember Sir Nicholas Winton, for his humanitarian operation known as the Czech Kindertransport.

Sir Nicholas George Winton, a British stockbroker, and a gift to this planet, left us on July 1, 2015, at the age of 106.

May his memory forever be a blessing and inspiration to all.

Today is Holocaust Memorial Day, marking over 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau. We remember the 6 million Jewish men, women and children murdered by the Nazis and their collaborators. As survivors grow fewer and antisemitism rises, today is more vital than ever.

The U.S. State Department confirmed the existence of Nazi death camps in 1942. Americans didn’t find out about the Holocaust until the camps were liberated in 1945. Human Rights violations are occurring in ICE detention centers as we speak. Let not wait too long to take action.
