藍白版《財劃法》公式出包，各縣市統籌分配款差了多少？

有意問鼎 2028 總統的台中市長盧秀燕前（10）日號召 15 位藍白縣市首長開記者會，說是要討論《財劃法》問題，卻沒有檢討藍白修法公式寫錯，搞烏龍大出包，不但沒有向國人道歉，反而痛批中央，要民進黨出來負責。

中國國民黨和民眾黨去（2024）年多次使用「最高機密」修法，表決前一刻才拿出最終版本條文的粗糙立法，而攸關中央地方預算分配的《財政收支劃分法》（財劃法）也被這樣亂修。

最近財政部通知各縣市明年分配款金���，藍白才驚覺行政院早在修法後、 覆議前就警告公式寫錯，結果真的產生嚴重後果。

衝擊最大的就是離島三個縣市，馬祖少 26 億，澎湖、金門各比預估少了 40 幾億，雲林、花蓮也少了 10 幾億。但很多縣市因為公式烏龍，分配款還增加，盧秀燕的台中市，和她一起大動作抗議的台北市、新北市及桃園市就因為公式烏龍增加了 30-40 億，更加突顯財劃法的問題是在各縣市分配不公。
