@tedlieu That first statement is wrong. Please understand that the military and the democratically elected government back in 2015 are separate entities. If you block support for the NUG, you are actually hindering the democratic process in Myanmar while many continue to die.

UN found the prior government in Myanmar engaged in ethnic cleansing of the Rohingya with genocidal intent. Estimated over 25,000 dead & 18,000 women & girls were raped. The new National Unity Government does not include any Rohingya. We cannot support NUG until that is changed.
