Most deals aren’t lost because of price.
They’re lost because the conversation stayed too shallow.
Great salespeople create emotional clarity before talking solutions or price.
Stop losing deals you should be winning.

In 2019, 53-year-old Fred Pepperman was on a Florida beach when a riptide swept his three daughters out to sea. Grace (16), Olivia (20) & Kathryn (24)
Hearing their screams of “Dad, help us!” he dove into the raging water with zero hesitation. One by one, he saved all three of his daughters by pulling them back to shore.
Moments later, exhausted from his heroic actions, Fred collapsed to the ground & died. His final words to his daughters were “I got you”

@colehawk23 This is basketball 101. Iowa did exactly what you want to do. Catch the ball running to the basket, and then you see what happens next. Florida needed to do 1 thing - keep the guy in front of you, and they failed miserably at it.
@AndrewKurzeja You have to communicate better. The defensive player has to call the pick, and then his the person getting picked either has to call a switch or fight through the pick. Since it wasn't clear to both of them, the offensive player was able to drop a dime for the dunk.
An 18-year-old girl surprised the man who had been like a father to her for nearly her entire life by presenting him with adoption papers, asking him to officially become her dad.
