How crazy is it that what I'm going through is even more explicit than this?

At this point hlm has successfully defeated nearly a dozen cases including refiles against hlm. This has been ubiquitous, the opposition has not won a single case nor even come close.

The only stuff that is outstanding is now waiting on judicial rulings with judges that have already threatened to fine the company for even bringing these cases up in the first place.

There are so many more details I would like to offer but I do have to respect the process so that's what I'm going to do.

At this point we really don't need luck to win, just time.

Well, I bet they didn't want that to go public. Sunlight really is the best disinfectant. The government tried so far and did ensuring they could to suppress the truth. But the truth always comes out at some point.

The truth is terrible to liars. Let the justice begin.

Thank you to everyone that has received our news tip. Your words and support mean everything to us. I don't think I've ever been in a situation where I've seen so many excited lawyers.

To everyone wondering what I'm referring to, I think by the end of this, a Netflix docu series might not be big enough. It's going to be real fun when eventually all the people watching get to go and speak and the public to tell the story themselves. Rarely is there such a clear-cut case of Good and Evil.

Can you imagine what would happen if I made a scrivener's error in a document that I knew certain people would read knowing people that act maliciously would act predictably?

Imagine being so reckless that you bet everything on that scrivener's error when quite the opposite is true.

I am so pleased that Chicago Corner took the bait exactly the way we hoped.

They have thought for years that driving me into bankruptcy and destroying my companies would create an "I win" situation. I mean, that was the entire point of what they're doing.

Unfortunately for them, they completely misread the situation. I didn't have to give up a single asset.

It is so easy to fight people who are led with malice. When they think they win, they get incredibly reckless and make mistakes they can't come back from. They don't realize they just guaranteed their loss.

Again, I cannot be more thankful that they set themselves up the way they did. I would love to explain to all of you why this is such a great win, but they will literally adjust their strategy if I do.

As I mentioned previously, all the pieces have been set, and they are acting exactly the way we anticipated.

The quiet I have experienced since the judge issued sanctions is unprecedented.

This might be the first week in 3 years that I have not been viciously attacked by any of Chicago corners associates.

I almost forgot that this was a possible existence.

Any action they take at this point simply makes the situation worse and I think they now realize that. They are now stuck in the same position me and kit were for the last 3 years. It's insane to watch them crash out and barely be able to handle 3 months of what they have done continuously for nearly 3 years.

The wheels of Justice turned very slowly but they do turn And It is not looking good for them .

They keep crashing out worse and worse. They really bet everything on tricking the judge into extending Discovery so they had more time. Unfortunately, they don't.

Just spent much of the day with kit building our own little news tip.

The hardest part is organizing all of it so that it's really easy for someone on the outside to work through everything. However, I'm very happy with what we accomplished.

Now that the judge has given us the okay and their cases are imploding, the way we expected they would, it's time for full transparency.

From our perspective, both judges on this case are furious with Chicago Corner and have been growing increasingly furious ever since August of last year.

My guess is that the courts are ensuring that there is no chance for Chicago Corner or its owners to appeal as they have done with previous cases in the past. Everyone seems to want to take these guys down.

For now, they're going to have to shell out several thousand dollars. Let's see how fast they can come up with that money.

Chicago Corner tried to get 23 years of tax returns from us, the judge just slapped the taste out of their mouth and not only denied all of their insane claims but has awarded us some legal fees back for wasting the court and our time.

I'm sure Kit will talk about it on the show tomorrow.

Their house of cards is in the process of collapsing a lot faster than they expected.
