@rishibagree I don't think so it's right to blame Kharge here then. Aren't the people who are still voting for them even after these guys doing nothing to their respective constituencies to be blamed?
Shouldn't take more than 3 terms to realize their incompetence.

@rishibagree While the salaried class people keep on paying taxes despite getting nothing from the govt, this is how they are also fooled.
If I m not mistaken, NHAI borrows money in the form of long term bonds to build this infrastructure n that money is recovered by toll money to pay back.
