It’s not the Nazi tattoo, or his lying about it, or his statement that all cops are bastards, or his use of an app that targets teens, or his admission he was a communist that led Ds to dump Platner.
It’s fear he will lose that caused this stampede.

Since 2008, the ASPCA has raised over $2 billion on the back of Sarah McLachlan ads featuring shivering animals. Most donors have no idea where that money goes. The CEO earned more than $840,000 in 2019, more than the chief executives of both Feeding America and the American Red Cross, which have budgets ten times the ASPCA's size.
Eight states have now banned retail pet sales at the ASPCA's urging. After California passed its ban in 2019, puppy scams surged 350 percent and an underground market of fake rescue operations shipping puppies from Midwestern mills materialized almost immediately. The number of puppy mills operating in the United States today: 10,000. The same number cited before the bans began.
The mills keep running. The donations keep flowing. @ChelleWards and @tracybeanz followed the money.

@booman22@nut_history Very true. Many years ago I was part of a charity HR contest at old Tiger stadium. They used the spinning wheel gun. We got 10 pitches. It took me 3+ to get the timing down. Probably only 80-85 mph.
@937theFan The dude throws 100 mph, yet he throws numerous nothing sliders over the middle of the plate. It is coaching malfeasence. His slider and change up should never be thrown in the grid.
