Eliminates boosting even amongst friends (which is still boosting by the way, people seem to think just because they don't pay gold that it isn't boosting)

@desifuego Yeah its hilarious, it's the "0.1%" title but by my team's calculations over the last few seasons at least 50% of title characters are boosted, maybe more.

So it's actually the 0.05% title at minimum
