For the 2nd time, I was home all day for a @FedEx delivery that requires a signature. FedEx claims they attempted to deliver when there’s video evidence to show no one came. I call support & they tell me, “You can pick it up at the FedEx Hub after 6:30pm.” @FedExHelp do better!
