According to the Times only 3% of primary schools had a Coronavirus outbreak in the Autumn term.
The nine cases in my school werenโt classed as outbreak. Amazing how you can manipulate figures to suit your argument
I am screaming this from the rooftops. We are being FORCED to open our nurseries to all pupils, even if we think it is not safe, or lose our funding for those children for the year.
Genuinely saddened to see the amount of teachers planning to read a David Walliams book to their class remotely (on FB). Only because he has given permission, does not mean that we should acquiesce. Our children deserve to be read quality texts. (Sorry about the early rant!)

And here we are.
So I see the media have doubled down on their efforts to descredit school staff and re-categorise us once more as lazy, work-shy good-for-nothings, in today's papers. Couldn't have that brief period of positivity over parents contacting Ofsted to support us to change the rhetoric
