@ConorRyan_93 What’s a realistic expectation to set for Hagens in his first full year? I’m hoping that by the end of the year, he’s at least playing 2C, and has something in the range of 40 to 50 points, but idk what the bruins plan for developing him is, and if that’s in line with it
@myvhagar The show doesn’t treat him like some great king. Rhaenyra treats him like a great king, cause he was her dad. Everyone else, from Daemon to Corlys to Otto, essentially saw him as a push over they could manipulate. Hell even Alicent called him delusional in the most recent episode
@ThisGrayArea Daeron wasn't a baby when he was sent to Oldtown. He was 12 years old. Even if it's been a few years since Alicent has seen him, she would be able to tell it's not her son lol
@Goosey1994 I'm fine with Borgen. I'm fine with Clifton. We didn't need both, especially when we have more than $6 million locked up between them. And when Zellweger or Borque + Lyubushkin were available for relatively cheap, these signings look even more middling.
@_TyAnderson Do you know what’s up with Potsy? I know he got a new agent recently, and he still hasn’t accepted qualifying offer. Is he looking for some handshake agreement about getting more NHL ice time or something?
@Spiralout_one@briandefelice_ Dallas is right up against the cap. There's a real possibility the lose both Robertson and Bourque because they simply can't afford to keep them. So, you see if they have any interest in Geekie, a guy who can give you 30+ goals for less than $6 million. That's all I'm saying.
@puckempire Ducks already have to pay both Leo Carlsson and Cutter Gauthier, with Beckett Sennecke up next year. They also only have 3 defensemen signed to play next year. Adding Robertson at $14 million or more would basically ruin their cap situation.
@Jessemedscience Eventually, Robertson is gonna need to choose what is more important to him. You want the big bucks? You’re gonna have to go somewhere that isn’t a great destination. You want to win the cup? You’re gonna have to take a discount. It’s really that simple.
@AlexGom59648231@BruinsLow It's probably for the best that they do that!
But they don't want to. Cam said the front office is "all about being aggressive".
Yet they do nothing. Don't trade for futures, don't try to improve the present. They're stuck in place, being lapped by everyone.
@AlexGom59648231@BruinsLow I specifically said I didn’t want Brady on the bruins.
My complaint is that, while other teams are making trades, improving their teams, getting high tier talent, the only move the bruins have done is the Gasseau trade.
How are they supposed to win without trying to improve?
