We were completing a full interior for a house built in 1860s in a neighborhood where most people know each other. The newer client was driving by and saw the sign, and knew the client we were working for was tough to please. New client called, and had a very large wood house built in early 1900s needing exterior restoration with paint failing on most sides of the house. $150k project closed about 3 days after submitting our proposal.

@Tannermullen Know a handyman who does this. He tells them it comes off the first invoice when they sign on. His conversion rate is in the less than 20% but close rate is in the high 80s. Not sure what to do with this information.
