@tombrophy1 @AerLingus I had the same experience with KLM, agent was so unhelpful, didn’t understand me at all, asked her if the call was recorded (my right to know under gdpr) and she told me not to worry about it, asked to speak to a manager and she refused, asked her name and she hung up 😤😤😤
