Dear @British_Airways. I am still fuming from being downgraded on a business class flight and also being denied onboarding on two separate flights in a space of a week. I have raised a claim and have not heard back. Can you give an indication if when I expect to receive a response as it just says 'received'. I also want to know how you decide or what criteria you use when downgrading people since you oversell tickets?

@British_Airways Can I ask the rationale behind overbooking seats. Customers have paid so therefore you have received a sale regardless of whether they turn up or not. Do you also offer 100% of the upgrade price if one has been downgraded? Not impressed that my long haul night flight was downgraded upon my arrival at Heathrow!
