A large drain cover on the pavement at the corner of Rochdale Road and Harpurhey Road Manchester M9 has been partially removed.
Ok in the day when it can be seen but will be very dangerous in the dark. Thanks

Thanks Virginia trains just struggled down 4 packed carriages for a coffee only to be told they had no change. Another struggle back to my seat. Wonder what's happened to all the "change"/money taken in the 1.5 previous hours .

Hi Virgin can you explain why, when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was left on hold for over 30 minute. Eventually I ended the call, pretty bad customer relations!
