In some cases, the quirkier they are, the better the moat.

@NeelBParekh Good point - managing for seasonality seems obvious, but I imagine restraining yourself when you're in a "slump" is hard. However, if you've forecasted, you've budgeted/planned accordingly and it's easier to manage your actions.

@toph_edwards Notion + zapier can create a killer smb system. I do think there is an opportunity for notion to branch into niche specific consulting to aid with setup.

@ClintFiore Great question to ask rather than "how would you grow this company." In many cases, if they could grow the company, they wouldn't be selling it.
