@OldNavy I ordered a sweater for my child on Sept 27th. It’s been “awaiting pick up” for nearly a month. I filed a complaint with @RetailEquation whom you’ve outsourced to and instantaneously was denied. Do you know why? Because your warehouse has done this to me before.

@OldNavy I sat on the phone for 30 mins waiting to talk to @RetailEquation to rebuke my denial and when I finally got someone on the phone they told me they’d have to email me my report to continue the process. I received a confirmation of my request but never the request.
