Yesterday, the passport status was that it is in printing queue, followed by lamination, printing and dispatch process and today it is showing that under review at regional office, why is that?

Each time I was assured the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, yet nobody contacted me and nothing was resolved. The same problem continues. Is this the level of customer service Amazon India now provides?
