This nonsense happens in music too. If you say something about Wizkid, somebody will reply with Davido. It is just an us vs you thing now, regardless of context. You are either a hater or a lover. You are either on our side or theirs.

In the past we used to love Dbanj, 2baba, PSquare, Nice, Banky, Eldee, Wande Coal. Even among rappers, we enjoyed all of them. You might have your favourite but we listened to and loved all of them. Jesse Jagz, MI, Saucekid, Naeto C, Vector, Reminisce, Olamide.

Musicians used to collaborate a lot and push each other. They even pushed their release date to accommodate another person. Everywhere sweet.
