✅ When mass evacuations were being done Vide and Meiteis were being prepared by the wome Army to be taken to Imphal, tribal women viral formed a human chain to stop the mob from harming the Meiteis. Video report was done by: EastMojo
✅ An old Meitei woman, Lairik Macha Laishram (80), abandoned by her family was rescued and taken care of by Zo families who later dropped her to a relief camp.
✅ Pishak, an ailing Meitei man, was rescued by tribal volunteers from inside of his burning house at Sugnu. Till date, there is not even one report of Meitei children, women and elderly people being attacked by tribals.
