@FledgedPhoenix@forza_support I think this is a situation that deserves the same kind of response. More than compensation, I just want to be able to play FH6 again as soon as possible.

What’s even more frustrating is that the suffering of affected players is invisible to everyone except those of us going through it ourselves.

In my case, my data was lost as well. I was able to play for about half a day afterward, but since then I haven’t been able to play at all for the past 12 days.

@forza_support It’s been over a week since my data was lost and I could no longer play online. I missed the Festival Playlist because of this. Will the missed rewards be compensated? Players who contacted support after me had their data restored. Why is my ticket still being ignored?
