Dear Jio fibre , I have raised a new jio fibre connection on 4th July with set top box ref order no NO0001EF87NS and still not getting install to my place and also I am not getting any call from any service engineer . Still waiting for installation .

@JioCare Finally I got a call now with below , but the service called me on 5.41 pm which was missed by me and i called him with in 4 min which is 5.45 pm , he said he is busying with other work with in a 4 min he ws busy . He said after complete that he may visit .

@JioCare Hi Dipesh , I was wait for more than 8 days for kyc process and it was already 2 days left for my installation . I am reaching to customer support (18008969999) but no one was helpful. Also I tried with email as well with the below email id but no reply .
