Good stuff happens quietly in the background- people just getting on with it. It isnt about making headlines or doing something spectacular. It's our values & genuineness. And I think it's about 'believing in it', rather than measuring it. Having faith in the goodness of people.
Nourishing reflective practice discussion today on hope in practice. We're all more than our worst mistake, than our history, than the sum of what others have told us we are. More than...any particular thing we can think of. Boundless hope is always available for the taking.
With a new Labour government in power, it's crucial that we prioritise the safety and wellbeing of women and girls.

Being a race ally
•Allies speak out because silence is not allyship
•Allies work to create social change
•Allies take a subordinate/supportive role
•It is something you do, not something you are: a verb, not a noun.
