🐈‍⬛ once again, i adjusted to the time difference perfectly 😎
🐈‍⬛ i think the thing i’ve gotten the most used to since debuting is adjusting to jet lag
🐈‍⬛ as for me, you know
🐈‍⬛ starting from the night before, when i pack my luggage, i adjust to the local time by either staying up all night or going to bed early
🐈‍⬛ i get myself adjusted in advance, and even on the plane, i check the clock, look at the local time, sleep according to it, and wake up
🐈‍⬛ but once you’re over 20, apparently you don’t have enough melatonin, so you can’t do it with that alone
🐈‍⬛ they say that if you get a lot of sunlight during the day when you arrive, you adjust to the time difference faster
🐈‍⬛i learned that from watching lando norris-nim’s interview
🐈‍⬛ since F1 drivers travel by plane even more than i do
🐈‍⬛ i saw someone post a compilation of F1 drivers’ tips and tricks for adjusting to jet lag
🐈‍⬛ and it was so useful
🐈‍⬛ ever since then, whenever i’m adjusting to a time difference, i think of myself as a tree and start by photosynthesizing
