Funny how things line up sometimes.
I finished my master’s on St. Patrick’s Day, the exact same year the U.S. hits its Semiquincentennial, its 250th anniversary. (Yeah, I had to look up how to spell that one.)
Feels like one of those rare coincidences you couldn’t script if you tried.
No more tuition payments either. Paid it all out of pocket, so that weight is finally off my shoulders. Huge relief. 🙌
For the diploma, I ordered basically the same frame as my bachelor’s. The only upgrade? Getting to include the regalia tassel this time. It’s a small thing, but it genuinely brings a surprising amount of satisfaction.
(Yeah, I cropped the picture so my full name stays private.)
2026 really came through.
I’ve been working as part of the overseas team for the Korea-U.S. Joint Election Fraud Investigation Task Force.
Since this morning, I’ve been seeing reports from various regions with my own eyes, and it makes me sick to my stomach
This is truly unbelievable
Even just a short while ago, while protests were in full swing,
bundles of brand-new ballots
kept appearing in certain areas.
This experience has been incredibly shocking
And what’s even more ridiculous is
that the media is still airing vote-counting broadcasts despite all this.
That’s even more shocking
@rsd4444 Sounds like you had a day too. In Teams meetings. Had to attend a WebX meeting and the other company had tech issues so I went on X haha. I’m going to log off and hit the gym then maybe golf.
Just watched Sen. Warren do her classic steamroll on Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent:
Rapid-fire accusations about Trump, Nvidia stocks, and conflicts of interest…barely a breath for him to respond.
The moment he calmly suggests Congress should “get its house in order,” she talks right over him. Pure narrative control.
Accuse, interrupt, repeat.
Bessent stayed composed and flipped the script. Warren looked rattled.
These gotcha hearings are getting old. If we’re serious about ethics, start with the committee members who actually write the rules.
🚨 LMFAO!! Sec. Scott Bessent just threw Elizabeth Warren into RAGE MODE as he calmly dismantles her claims about President Trump and stock trading
"Why don't we investigate many people on THIS COMMITTEE [for insider trading]?"
"Why don't you GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER...LEAD by EXAMPLE. Have your fellow committee members, MOSTLY ON YOUR SIDE, do the same!" 🔥
🚨 WOW! Sec. Marco Rubio has Rep. Keating (D) GOING BERSERK and RAGING for no reason
KEATING: "Not ONCE did you mention Ukraine!"
RUBIO: "Tried to stay under 5 minutes."
KEATING: "IT'S NOT FUNNY, SECRETARY!" 😭
RUBIO: "You can't even answer questions here! You MAKE these questions and won't respond!" 🔥
KEATING: "I reclaim my time, Mr. Chairman!! He's interrupting me!! Can you reclaim those seconds back?"
CHAIRMAN MAST: "No."
He's flailing 😭
In 56 years I’ll be 80 and I’m gonna tell kids, “Back in my day we had something called “the group chat” and one time it got so unhinged the FBI slid in the DMs.”
Entry on SNDK filled at 1660.73 on Schwab limit order that caught a dip (trade price locked in). Didn’t hit this level in regular trading yesterday. Now around 1797… let’s see where this goes, but it should do good.
Love getting outside for hiking and biking, but with all the recent tick news, I’m not taking any chances!
Don’t wait for a bite stock up on Permethrin now, treat your gear, and stay safe outdoors. Lyme and other tick-borne diseases are no joke.
A man has become one of the 450,000 Americans affected by alpha-gal syndrome, a tick-borne meat allergy that triggers painful allergic reactions to animal products.
“Look at my face and my neck. I can’t eat meat anymore. I can’t have any animal products. It’s in everything.”
It’s wild how media shapes perception way more than it reflects reality.
Notice every other commercial featuring a Black guy with a White woman? Same with movies/TV race-swapping historical Europeans, Vikings, even Helen of Troy. This isn’t organic representation, it’s revisionism.
Christopher Nolan says Lupita Nyong'o was his first choice to play Helen of Troy in The Odyssey (2026) because the role needed “strength and poise” as much as beauty.
“And Lupita makes it look effortless.”
“I was absolutely desperate for her to do the part.”
Just had a 45-minute one-sided “conversation” with someone about someone else.
My skull got tenderized with a brick halfway through. I’m pouring something strong enough to erase the last hour.
