Neptune Privacy already settles that way. Validity is hash-based STARKs on Triton VM. No trusted setup. No ECDSA under the proof. Privacy comes from the Mutator Set, which makes transaction inputs and outputs unlinkable, rather than relying solely on encrypted data staying unreadable while it waits for a better attack.

Leviathan is our L2, bringing programmability to that foundation. The public testnet brings the stack together: private L1, programmable L2, a post-quantum DEX and Private AI inside attested TEEs.
