Referring back to something I posted last week:
I wouldn’t be surprised if G2 gained more fans in the past month purely off the strength of their design team’s creative output.
Which just supports my point! Creative and production teams need to be funded, supported, and prioritized just as much as competitive rosters. Content shouldn’t be something rushed out just to tick a box. It should be intentional.
Every org should be dedicating consistent time each month, maybe even during the week to bring their players together, whether that’s a media day, a studio shoot or something online/remote, so creatives actually have the resources and material to work with.
