@IkejaElectric We haven't had light since the 1st of November. The issue was reported (SR 5377514), but nothing has been done to try and rectify the issue. We are on band A, I was of the opinion that issues would be addressed ASAP if your on band A.

Good morning Please there was a duplicate payment for this booking TPYR6U. It was booked on the 16th of June 2022. One payment has been approved while the other is pending. I would like to cancel the pending transaction as it has put my account to negative.

@ieServe We moved into Talabi Street at Adeniyi Jones a few weeks ago and to be honest I am disappointed at the supply we have been getting. Our tariff is band A but we clearly don't get upto 12 hours light, so why charge us for a high band but give us a very poor service.
