This video from my good friend, Dr DAVID MATSANGA bears the first-hand, credible and full information on today’s landmark judgement of the Finnish court of appeal in the case of Mazi Simon Ekpa. David wants it widely circulated in the public interest.
Kudos to my colleague, Dr Maxwell Opara, as he scores big in Denmark by getting the International Bar Association’s approval of his proposal to accept Petitions from lawyers, activists and journalists intimidated by their government anywhere in the world, including Nigeria.
A few months before his rendition in 2021, MAZI NNAMDI KANU predicted (or prophesied) the BREAKUP of United Kingdom, which appears to be coming true now that Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have indicated their desire to exit United Kingdom. This is the abridged video.
PM @simon_ekpa CLARIFIES: USB WAS DECLARED IN LAHTI FINLAND WITH 40 STATES
In the Magistrate Court Lahti, the Prime Minister of the United States of Biafra, His Excellency @simon_ekpa, made it clear for the record.
#Biafran Nationalist #SimonEkpa Faces Political Prosecution
I recently returned from #Finland, where I monitored a significant case in my capacity as an independent observer. I am now sharing my findings with members of #Congress and the #American public.
Simon Ekpa, an advocate for self-determination of the #Igbo region of #Nigeria known as #Biafra and a Finnish national, seeks appeal of his conviction in a #Finnish court on terrorism allegations that veteran U.S. counter-terrorism prosecutors and investigators say would be thrown as #hearsay in a U.S. court. They noted that the “evidence” of Ekpa’s guilt was purely #circumstantial and would never survive in an American court; however, Finland’s lack of free-speech protections and lower Finnish standards produced a conviction #American justice would not allow.
The trial court failed to produce direct and immediate evidence as to Ekpa's personal involvement providing weapons to those fighting for #Biafran independence.
No #American court would prosecute #Ekpa for what would be treated as #1stAmendment issues.
@AloyEjimakor He might not make any difference from those that have attend highest positions in the world stage but chose to ignore the plight of Igbo people
Your power to hire & fire extends to everybody, including your lawyer. So, just like you, MAZI NNAMDI KANU has an absolute right to change his lawyers, and he’s not supposed to be attacked by any former lawyer. My colleague, Barr Maxwell Opara breaks it down. Plus more.
First video: Cape verde denied a goal scoring opportunity by not taking a clear foul
Second picture: Messi rendering a player almost useless by a brutal tackle but no card, not even a yellow card
Third picture: Egypt denied a clear goal for what is not even a foul
Last picture: Egypt denied a last minute penalty which would have sent the game to extra time
We are witnessing generational robbery right in front of our eyes AGAIN yet we can’t do anything 💔
