To think this man hugging Tinubu as if he is Tinubu's last born went to the media while campaigning for Ahmed Lawan to become President to say;

That statement was made live from the Channels Television studio on Monday, May 16, 2022.

Orji Uzor Kalu didn't care that Buhari, a Northerner was just leaving after 8 years and he was endorsing another Northerner.

Perhaps, he had thought that the cabals will be able to displace Tinubu so that he can be the Senate President.

Fast forward to Tuesday, June 10, 2025, while at his county home in Igbere, Bende Local Government Area of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu made another controversial statement saying:

"APC is strong in Abia. Like I said in my interview, I am ready to lay down my life for the party and the emergence of President Bola AhmedTinubu. I am a member of the party and a strong one at that. I am APC to the core".

Sometimes I just look at the character of people with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and I just laugh.
