@Rejoice_inlife I always tell people that Tinubu didn't spend billions during 2023 elections just to come and fix roads and secure electricity for the people.
For him, all that money was an investment, and every investor expects ROI for their investments.
@Rejoice_inlife When people argue that Tinubu fixed Lagos, I wonder exactly what he fixed.
Being in perpetual control over a location isn't the same thing as fixing.
He fixed Lagos, yet Lagos is the birthplace of touts & agberos,
and people leave home at 4am to resume for an 8am job.😤😤
@Rejoice_inlife The blueprint the person is talking about is a blueprint of control. To constantly benefit from the economy.
To fix a permanent siphon into the coffers and bleed to economy in perpetuity.
Is that someone who wants to build anything permanent?
I think this should serve as a wake up call to those supporting APC.
Because you're benefiting from the proceeds of evil doesn't mean evil considers you as kin.
Back in the day, I had a friend from Liberia.
Her parents were upper-middle-class and lived in Monrovia.
She said they woke one day to find rebels at the doorstep of Monrovia, and there was a mad dash to the airport. She said a country had sent planes to evacuate its citizens from Liberia, but the Liberians were buying the seats on those planes to escape.
Her parents could only afford to send her; she never saw them again.
I asked, “This war didn't start in one day; why didn't you leave earlier?”
She said, “We simply heard about an attack here and there and never assumed it would come to Monrovia.”
REUBEN ABATI: El Rufai called you a nollywood actor to make fun of you. How do you react?
Peter Obi: no problem. I'm part of nollywood. Please, my fellow nollywood actors, vote for me.
This was February 2023.
How can you watch this and not love this man?
@FinestDoveTruth I met a Pakistani who had to return to his country because he started suffering from strange illnesses and completely lost his hair.
He said that the first thing the GP asked him was "do you work night shifts?"
His hormones were completely out of sync and he almost d!ed.
No one is born homosexual, or born like anything.
We were all born with no understanding of how we should live.
Thats why the Bible is there as God’s will, and guidance for our lives. It’s our choice to follow to optimum or not.
@firstladyship I can't believe myself that I watched this question and answer session to the end. He was very much on point. He wasn't blablabluing up and down
Peter Obi took questions at the Africa Business Club Conference as well. It was a full session & he held his audience spellbound. You can see his obvious agility, gravitas, & sharpness. This is the type of 21st century president you need.
