@SEvanTownsend@Microsoft@Office@Apple use time machine or a backup or reinstall the software to the most recent version before the last .1 ~oct. 9. it will work. so much for your time though. seemingly profit uber alles.
@RonDodson use time machine or a backup or reinstall the software to the most recent version before the last .1 ~oct. 9. it will work. so much for your time though. seemingly profit uber alles.
@A23E so done as an error or done purposely? both a bad look. won't get the time back. MS not willingly getting any more of my $. trust has been broken too many times.
@EmilBrunner1@Office roll back to pre-current version (not .1, ~oct 9). time machine or backup or find a version online. never giving them another $ after this. either a mistake or on purpose - both are terrible.
@SkyWatcher_HL@Microsoft use time machine or a backup or reinstall the software to the most recent version before the last .1 ~oct. 9. it will work. so much for your time though. seemingly profit uber alles.
@RameshShrestha1 roll back in time machine or from a backup or reinstall the correct version without the .1 ~oct 9 version before the update, which failed (seems on purpose).
@PedroIsraelOrta@Office@Microsoft you can roll back to the prior version (no .1, ~oct. 9). you lose your time but not access to your data. shameful behavior and what you wrote is right on the money.
@Omgemeraldddd roll back to the prior version (no .1) which was like oct 9. Time Machine or find the old file online. shameful (either error or intentional, both bad). i won't get that time back. thanks Microsoft.
@jeannibea@fathereddy@Microsoft bet you had automatic updates on like i did. roll back to the prior app (no .1) via timemachine or downloading and reinstalling. so done as an error or done purposely? both a bad look. MS not willingly getting any more of my $. trust has been broken too many times. get a refund
@ZackMorrison18@Microsoft@microsoft365 bet you had automatic updates on like i did. roll back to the prior app (no .1) via time machine or downloading and reinstalling. so done as an error or done purposely? both a bad look. MS not willingly getting any more of my $. trust has been broken too many times.
@jeannibea@fathereddy@Microsoft sorry you didn't just roll back from the update, which seems to be the cause. so done as an error or done purposely? both a bad look. won't get the time back. MS not willingly getting any more of my $. trust has been broken too many times.
@mr_jay_pea so done as an error or done purposely? both a bad look. won't get the time back. MS not willingly getting any more of my $. trust has been broken too many times.
@BarbaraDemick@Microsoft roll your version back. if you had automated updated that is the cause. happened to me. oct 9 version i believe. time machine or reinstall the whole thing. no .1. shameful is as shameful does. either an error or on purpose. neither are good signs...
@Td412Crew@Microsoft or you could have rolled back to the October 14 version (and turn off auto update) they nuked the last update, either accidentally or on purpose, and the support information is incomplete and frightens users to upgrade. unless an apology is issued, this is a last straw for me.
@DanielGlenn this is false - there is no "should" Microsoft either accidentally or purposely turfed their last update. roll back to the October 14 update and all should function as paid for. This is a final straw for me unless an apology is issued. MS won't be getting $ from me again.
@giftia7940_isla@yone untrue. roll back to the prior Office 2021 version and all is well. Microsoft either issued a faulty update or they nuked their users on purpose. Neither option is a good look. I appreciate how they waste my time.
