South African Health Minister tweeted that #Coronavirus has been detected in Zambia. Hours later, we have no response from Zambia. This is very serious issue and could lead to Zambians being blocked from travelling to most parts of the world. It deserves the urgency!

When citizens start believing a lie even when government clarified the "fake news", means citizens losing faith in government communication. They no longer trust government statements or government statements are not getting to the people while rumours do...#passport fees!

The biggest pilferage is procurement! And then senior government officials trips...not much on salaries as they are meagre! A ream of paper is sold four times higher than the price in shops! And then the monster in the room - repairs of government vehicles at private dealership!

I must be doing something right! The number of Christmas presents (bottles especially) received this year have surpassed previous years - record only beaten by my State House days - which was artificial life, anyway.
