'Job Fair : Opportunities for Youth’

#ChinarWarriors organised a Mega Job Fair, from 07–08 April 2026, at Chinar YUVA Centre, Baramulla, to facilitate employment opportunities. The event brought together 52 leading companies which offered diverse career opportunities for over 1200 youth of Kashmir, in fields of Hospitality, Retail and Automobile sectors. The fair garnered footfall of over 5000 participants as it provisioned career counselling and #MissionYUVA awareness, enabling informed & future-ready career choices.

#IndianArmy remains steadfast in its commitment to empower the #youth, fostering employment and fuelling aspirations for a thriving future.
